Our founder and CEO, Brandon Ward, has worked diligently for over 26 years to bring Spa Doctor to where it is today. It all started when Brandon was hired as sales manager at a local hot tub showroom around 1995. He sold spas both in the showroom and at hot tub expos for a couple of years before noticing the great need for a knowledgeable, reliable service company. With his boss’s blessing, in 1997, he branched out on his own and started Spa Doctor- a service company based out of Birmingham. 

 

The business expanded and in 2001, a moving and delivering department was added. They have delivered thousands of hot tubs and swim spas over the last 25 years. 

 

Soon a maintenance program was added to help customers keep their hot tubs and swim Spas looking and running like new. To date, they have hundreds of customers scheduled for help with their maintenance needs.

 

Through the years, Spa Doctor has been a reliable resource for area dealers to lean on for help diagnosing and repairing their brands as well. 

 

Recently, Spa Doctor has partnered with Wellis brand hot tubs. This luxury brand has something for everyone with several price points and optional features. The cutting-edge technology and robotic manufacturing has set them apart from all other manufacturers. These hot tubs and swim spas are incredible!
